Life off of the mat

  • From 2018–2020, I led online and in-person sober events for women through The Sobriety Experiment, Sober Sister Circles, and Life 2.0—supporting hundreds of women globally in stepping into their most authentic, empowered selves.

  • During the pandemic, I stepped into the role of full-time mom and homeschool teacher, while still holding virtual space for healing and connection.

  • I don’t take myself too seriously and firmly believe that yoga should be fun—expect laughter, good music, and maybe even a dance break mid-flow.
